Used to be our favorite place but no longer! Note the perfered status and points to cash. So, yes been there many times. Always will leave a CASH TIP after service is given. Well, if this location does not get their tip FIRST you will get bad service. Did someone there forget who we are??? LMFAO. This tipping culture IS Out Of Control! Too bad for the $5 I was gonna give for great service. If you are making only $2.13 an hr then tipping is different. If you even make minimum wage, then tips should be a honor. A five dollar cash tip is an honor for 2 smoothies!!! If you dont get the order right and act like I did the wrong,... then I DONT tip! I refuse to pre tip anywhere. Order is messed up over half the time at all these pre tip places. Me, 13 yrs of fine dining and the ability to go elsewhere. Its the owners that will hurt in the end with these self righteous rude kids thinking a tip comes first. And no patience for their reward after good work has been done. In closure, if you go here and dont pre tip, you better wave cash and state you have a tip or your order will SUX

We placed a delivery order through the Smoothie King app, but when the order was marked as delivered, we received Raising Cane’s chicken instead of our smoothies. We immediately contacted Smoothie King to report the issue and ask how it could be resolved. We were told the problem was not on their end. Since the delivery was handled through DoorDash, we then contacted them to request either a remake of the order or a refund. DoorDash informed us that because the order was placed directly through the Smoothie King app and not through DoorDash, they were unable to assist. We were then stuck going back and forth between Smoothie King and DoorDash, with each party redirecting us to the other. At no point did we receive a clear solution or confirmation of a refund. During one of our final calls to the store, an employee named Jackie began arguing with us about Uber pricing after we explained that coming to pick up the order would cost additional money on top of what we had already spent. Since we still had not received our smoothies or a refund, we ultimately decided to go to the store in person because we had paid for the order and simply wanted it resolved. Once there, we spoke with

Ordered a fruit and PB toast. Went to pick up and it had no bananas. Had to ask for them. Then when my daughter went to bite the toast it was so hard and stale she couldn’t eat it. May be a good idea to use fresh bread vs days old bread to save money. We pay a lot for quality not junk. Not getting that money back I’m sure. Rethinking ordering from SK in future.

I cannot say enough good things about this smoothie king location! We go multiple times a week and no matter who is working the service is always exceptional! We have 2 in town and this location blows the other out of the water. The staff is always so kind, the smoothies are always perfect and consistent, and we never have to wait long even when they are busy. Also bonus points for being SO clean!

Nasser was amazing! He quickly made the metabolism boost smoothie for me and the peanut butter swizzle açaí bowl pictured! It’s been my pregnancy craving. He has a great attitude and is a hard worker. Thank you Smoothie King for another great day!
